How to be Extraordinary – You want to read this!

I just spent the last four days with some of the best coaches in the world.  People came from Singapore, Australia, Europe, South America and from all over the US to gather in LA to learn from each other and experience coaching on a deeper level.  There were all types of coaches: business, executive, spiritual, intuitive and so many others.  Each person had their unique style.  Some coach within a larger organization and some have their own business.  There were people newer to coaching and some have been coaching for 20 years.  Some coaches are charging less and some charge more.  Some offer packages with a set number of sessions and some set a time and are more intuitive about when they speak and for how long.  Some have long term contracts, some coach one session at a time and there was every possible option in between.

With all these differences, we all had one thing in common.  We are all extraordinary.  We are changing lives and making the world a better place.

What does this have to do with you if you’re not a coach?

EVERYTHING!

What you do is important.  You are important.  Did you hear me?  I’ll say it again, YOU are important.  If you are should-ing all over yourself and trying to be like someone else that is successful in your type of work…..STOP!  There is no one way to do something.  There isn’t one “right” way.  The best way?  Do it your way.  Be YOU!  Imagine how much happier you can be when being the real YOU is enough.  I’m here to tell you it is.  The world needs the amazing, unique, imperfect YOU!
