Are you ready to feel better both physically and emotionally? It’s time to free yourself from negativity, self-sabotage and doubt, and rid yourself of overwhelm and excuses. Your business and happiness depends on it.

- You view yourself as mostly positive yet you’ve noticed negative thoughts and feelings creeping in. (Self-doubt, frustration, overwhelm, stress, etc.)
- You are generally happy, but those same old triggers set you off.
- You have great ideas and good intentions, but procrastination and/or fear have presented challenges.
- You’ve caught yourself making excuses for why you aren’t where you want to be.
- You say things like, “I am so ADHD”, “I’m a perfectionist” or tend to use other labels to validate action or inaction.

Why a makeover?
Just as cars need tune-ups and regular maintenance, so does our mindset. The goal of this class is to bring to light what’s going well and tweak what’s not. While I work with clients individually in this arena all the time, this is the first time I’m offering it in a group format. It will be unique in that it will be a mix of instruction and discussion. It’s a great reminder for those who have worked on their personal growth and a great introduction to those just starting their journey.
What you’ll get:
- Six 90-minute group calls via Zoom, a video conferencing program that allows us to see each other and connect more intimately than on the phone. The only difference between Zoom and meeting in person is we can’t reach out and touch each other.
- Each meeting will be recorded, so even if you aren’t able to attend live, you’ll be able to participate.
- Guided activities to do between meetings to maximize your growth.
- A private Facebook page for you to share, receive feedback, and seek and offer support from me and your peers.

- What does it mean to be a victim?
- How to begin seeing excuses for what they really are.
- The secret to taking responsibility and the freedom it creates.
Class 4: Secret Superpowers
- How labels impact us and why they suck.
- What is your kryptonite?
- How to identify your “super” powers and power up your life.
Class 5: Fear
- What is fear?
- How to know when fear is helping you vs holding you back.
- Learn to feel the fear and do it anyway.
Class 6: Beat Resistance
- What is resistance?
- How resistance shows up in your everyday life and what to do when it does so you keep moving forward.
- Excuse busting tips.
